We have been authorized and trained by our partners to sell, service & support the entire range of their products all over India . Our trained engineers and service professionals visits to the customer site on all working days from 09:30 to 18:00 hours as per the standard plan. We have a strong commitment to provide best in-class service and support to meet each of our customer needs and to reduce the down time. Our Service Team consists of well experienced and extremely qualified Service Engineers in all products range available.

"ANAND" Service Levels

Our Customer Service department is committed to provide fast response and engineer's reaches the customer site within the agreed response time of 1-2 hours in Metro locations and resolves the breakdown event within 2-3 hours in Metro locations during and after warranty periods.

For any breakdown event, customer can escalate his call in four levels I.e., contact level-1 (Customer Support Engineer), contact level-2 (Sr. Customer Support Engineer/Manager Service & Support), contact level-3 (Regional Manager), and contact level-4 (National Service & Support Manager).

The effectiveness of our service organization is constantly enhanced not only by ongoing, in-depth training programs, but also by close working relationships between our service professionals and our partners. For UPS Systems, our Engineers are thoroughly trained and experiences hands-on service training at APC Network Power Academy , Bangalore on APC Power Protection Systems regularly. All engineers are fully equipped to protect your important data's and mission critical applications.

We intends to combine our expertise in electrical power distribution, UPS Systems, IT Racks to provide a combined power protection solution to customers which are cost effective in terms of overall cost of ownership and valued returns on investment. 1. Site Preparation and Analysis

Our trained engineers and technicians provide a range of services from site analysis to system maintenance. Our various installations all over the country and wide customer base are a testimonial to the level of our services focused to customer satisfaction.

2. Power Supply Connection

We as a complete electrical power solution provider, power supply connection from State Electricity Board can be provided in accordance with customer requests and applicable regulations.

3. 
Supply, Erection, Installation, Commissioning and Supervision

As a full electrical solution provider of high-quality equipment and systems, Anand can take responsibility for the entire turnkey project. With extensive project management capabilities, in-depth technical expertise, and stringent standards in quality control, our engineers can supervise and manage every critical phase, from erection and installation through final commissioning.

All elements of equipment supply, transport logistics, erection and cabling come together during the installation phase, which involves close liaison among many different sub-contractors. With both internal and external resources, we can effectively plan, supervise and manage every aspect of the erection/installation process, ensuring not only timely equipment delivery to the site, but also a completed installation on schedule and on budget.

4. Approval for Safety Certification

After testing and commissioning of installation, we do undertake the responsibility to arrange for inspection and formal approval in the shape of Safety Certificate of the installation by the Electrical Inspector of Government or Local Body in accordance with customer request.

5. Preventive Maintenance Visits

We provide proactive preventive maintenance visits to your facility as per manufacturer specified and site conditions at a pre-agreed periods. Service Engineer will perform a visual and electronic inspection of the installed systems to ensure that the system is performing to all technical and environmental specifications viz. checking the electrical parameters at input and output, verify the loads, battery health, environment and usage conditions as per the quality checklist and document the identified anomalies for user or our actions as the case may be. 

6. Site Documentation

Site documentation is the key to the health and upkeep of a live power set-up. A small problem in an unorganized grounding/bonding, battery, distribution can play havoc with your entire facility or real time business applications. With various choices of support programs including remote monitoring, this worry is over as soon as you allow us to take over your facility.

We do following standard site documentation of your site with the following:

Cable Routes and layouts of the site
MCB/Socket numbering and identification
Details of Distribution of Circuits in different zones/panels
Dos and Don'ts
User Quick Reference Chart
Escalation Charts
Understanding Alerts & Alarms
Call logging and self diagnostics procedures

7. Inventory Support and Spares Management

Inventory Support:
For customers maintaining their own spares inventories, we can provide reliable guidelines, techniques, list of spare parts required and timetables for checking, testing and validating spare parts to ensure peak performance and full functionality when placed in service.

Spares Management: We offer spares management programs for individual customers by keeping complete spares inventory. We ensure to provide 100% availability of fully tested products at any time. Efficient logistics ensure fast standard delivery of all managed stock.

8. Repairing

We provide the highest possible skill levels in problem analysis, diagnosis, and repair. This proven expertise, combined with efficient process management and stringent quality assurance, ensures that non-availability time of customer equipment is always reduced to the minimum. Two repair options are available depending on the type of repair required and the type and size of equipment involved:

In-shop Repair: For small and easily transportable products, a faulty product is carried to the service centre, which immediately acknowledges the receipt and makes an initial diagnosis. After thorough testing, a detailed repair proposal is sent to the customer and, upon agreement, the product is repaired and rigorously tested. A brief report detailing both the fault and the repair accompanies the returned item.

On-site Repair: For heavy equipment that is difficult to transport, or because of infrastructure considerations, on-site repair may be the optimum choice. Our service professionals can repair faulty equipment on customer premises and can perform all necessary testing on site, significantly reducing the lead-time between equipment failure and full availability.

9. 24x7x365 Service Support

We have a Central Service Mobile No. only for 24x7x365 service support contracts. A customer can log or inform us about his service complaints at this number after normal working hours (1730hours). Besides, we also provide telephone support services. With this infrastructure and abilities we are prepared to support the Enterprise Customer Nationally as we believe that customer satisfaction is the backbone of our organization, and this helps to improve our efficiency and effectiveness to serve you better and an effort to sustain our valued long-term relationship.

10. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

We also offer Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the UPS System and the battery system. AMC are performed by factory trained service personnel's.
