Our paint shop has both Stoving Enameled Spray paint as well as Powder Coating facility. The pre-treatment of structure is carried out at our elaborate 8-tank treatment plant where each panel undergoes a strict quality check at every stage to ensure the proper results as per the relevant IS. The Powder Coating facility has a spray chamber which as the capacity to accommodate two full sized panel sections simultaneously for spraying. Drying and baking is done in electric or diesel fired ovens.

Busbar bending, shearing, and punching is done by hydraulic machines, which ensure accuracy and at the same time ensure that the electrical properties of the busbars are not altered. Wiring and fitting is done as per standardized procedures to ensure maximum reliability.

Quality is ensured due to our rigid and stringent checks carried out on the bought out raw materials, components including switchgears, breakers, various equipments and accessories in accordance with the standardized quality plan/manual, before accepting them for production line. Rejected items are piled in stack in a separate store away under lock and key. Proper documentation of such rejected and stores and the vendors are done. On-time delivery has been the HALLMARK backed by the prompt and effective post-sales services.
